Our staff is comprised of Certified Meeting & Event Planning Professionals, Certified Wedding Planners and Executive Travel Directors with an average of 15-25 years experience. Our personnel are well-versed with additional training in areas of government, production, rescue operations, Accepted Practice Exchange (A.P.E.X), and critical incident management. The specific training in addition to experience is what separates Plan B Mgmt Professionals from others.
Our Travel Directors are professional, courteous, physically fit and reliable. Plan B
Management has high standards in personnel selection, backgrounds and testing procedures. We pride ourselves on the quality of all our staff. All staff joining our team must show outstanding abilities in client care, exceptional problem solving capabilities and adaptability. With references and a minimum 10 year work history all new employees are required to pass a rigorous company exam before becoming employed by Plan B
