seeking talented, motivated individuals to join our network.
Our Staff
Our staff is comprised of Certified Meeting & Event Planning Professionals,
Certified Wedding Planners and Executive Travel Directors with an average
of 15-25 years experience. Our personnel are well-versed with additional
training in areas of government, production, rescue operations, Accepted
Practice Exchange (A.P.E.X)., and critical incident management. The specific
training in addition to experience is what separates Plan B Mgmt Professionals
from others.

Our Travel Directors are professional, courteous, physically fit and reliable. Plan B Mgmt. has high standards in personnel selection, backgrounds and testing procedures. We pride ourselves on the quality of all our staff. All staff joining our team must show outstanding abilities in client care, exceptional problem solving capabilities and adaptability. With references and a minimum 10 year work history all new employees are required to pass a rigorous company exam before becoming employed by Plan B Mgmt.

| Current Position(s)
Travel Directors/On-site
meeting managers
Providing assistance and advice to people attending a wide range
of events including outdoor and indoor involving large public gatherings.
The ability to work with a team, displaying initiative and common sense
to the benefit of the client, public and the occasion.
Experience is necessary: however you will be required to undergo
compulsory training. In addition to this an induction course will be provided
that will enable you to become familiar with your duties prior to being
assigned.
We expect all employees to report for work complying with companies
dress code and wearing comfortable black shoes or boots black trousers and
a white shirt collar or non-collar tbd by venue.
Position I: TD/OSMM
Closing Date: Ongoing
Hours: Casual 8 or 12 hour shifts
Salary: Commensurate with event and experience

Note:
All staff employed by Plan B Mgmt must be CMEP Certified Meeting
and Event Planner or pass the exam within one year of employment. Plan
B Mgmt will discuss the required training and costs with all potential
